The main circle represents the Sydney Roosters club. The main circle is surrounded by journey lines, which branch off it. These represent the numerous community programs in which Roosters are involved.
The Rooster logo is outlined in a circle. It is a symbol of the strength and support provided by all Club areas. The Club’s Indigenous heritage is represented by the Sydney Roosters logo, which has been drawn in dots.
These are the totems worn by Indigenous players in Sydney Roosters. This includes NRL junior squads players. The symbols of land and sky are represented by the totems.
The surrounding area and footprints are signs of dance, also known as kicking up dirt. This signifies Mother Earth’s infancy. This refers the Roosters when they go to the field during Indigenous Round 2020.
The symbol for dreams is the circle in red with the dots at its center. It is a symbol of our connection with stories, songs, and other dreaming symbols. The 15 symbol for meeting (the blue circle), connects together to symbolize the 15 premierships won by the Roosters. They are surrounded by symbols that signify land, water and mountains as well as the journey the team made to win each premiership.
The ball’s outside is marked with red dots. These are the family, friends, and supporters who continue supporting this game. The Club uses tools and weapons to represent both men and women. Men are represented by the shield, hunting boomerangs, woomeras club, shield, and Spears. The women are represented by Dilly bags and digging sticks, as well as clapsticks or clapsticks.
To reflect the diversity of our supporters, we used red, white, and blue dots in different sizes throughout this piece.
